Hulk cover error

Got the hulk cover from today's DDQ, but when I claimed it, it acted like I didn't have the cover and asked me to recruit him. I already have a 182 champed hulk and no empty roster spots, so the cover just dissappeared. No champion level up and no extra slot filled with hulk. Thoughts?

Had the same problem I'm guessing it's something to do with the glitch that was sent to us as a message earlier, I've got 2 more covers to upgrade but I'm not sure if I should do it in case I get the same problem0
