Advice please. OML or 14th 4* Champ

Simple really, where am I likely to get most bang for my buck, taking my 1/3/3 OML to to his 360 cap for use in pvp when I don't have a champ boosted, or put the iso into my next 4* champ? Maybe Invisible Woman, as she is in a gap week for me just now.

I've got the following Champed: Jean, Ice, Hulkbuster, RHulk, Cyclops, Deadpool, Wolverine, Antman, Kingpin, Thing, Cho, Thor, Starlord

I’m in a similar situation, with 15 champs of 4*’s and a 4/4/3 OML who I’ve just kept at 315. I’ve been going back and finishing champing my 2 and 3*’s since then, but when I’m done with that, I think I’m going to just go back to 4*’s for a while longer. From what people say about the 5* meta, I’m just in no hurry to get there. I don’t know what your current OML level is, but him being my only 5* at lvl 315 hasn’t adversely thrown off my scaling or MMR. You might try him at that level for a bit to see how it goes for you.

If you’re looking for 4* recommendations, Nova is really great if you’ve got him fully covered and he plays beautifully with OML. OML tanks all of his colors and it’s just a strong strike tile bonanza once Nova fires any of his cheap powers. (his throw is a great counter for Iceman)

I guess it depends on how high you aim in PVP (I just do the 900pt reward, and haven't had much trouble with that.)

My OML is currently 300, and given that the champed 4*s boost to 360+, I figure at 360 I shouldn't see too much difference to my scaling. It's just if he'd have enough oomph to take the place of a boosted champ at that level/coverage during a week I'm short.

Fury, Prof X, Elektra, Venom and Invisible Woman are all on 13 covers, Nova, Miles, Flaptain and X23 on 12, Peggy, Gr, Quake, Spidergwen on 10, Punisher on 9, rest don't seem important right now.
Nova is one I'll deffo want to champ, I'm just really thinking about those dead weeks where I've yet to champion anyone. I can hit 900 pretty consistently (even in those dead weeks, as they are often full of less desirable characters), so I'm thinking about how I can push beyond that a bit (and try to replicate the first top 5 finish for me I got this morning).

you should be fine taking OML to 360.

Ended up taking OML up to 360 to go alongside Antman for Agent Venom event; quite fun so far.
