Node cleared for me?

Today I am playing sub 2 of Simulator. I am not playing optimally; going slowly as life allows. (Placement is kind of irrelevant this one, for me). My MO in these cases is clear each node to 4 clears in order (clear one node to 4, go to next, repeat). I did the 3 "trivials" then went to essentials. Then I noticed that the first of the normal/hard nodes was cleared once. I am very sure I did not play it, but the counter said 1/6 rewards had been won. I did the next three, and won the anticipated rewards.

Had anyone else seen this? I have not upgraded to R114 yet.
