iPhone 7 and touch issues

I don't have multiple iPhones to test this and all other people I know who play use Android phones.
Currently, the game takes several swipes to on the first column from the left, and I don't know if it's an issue with my phone or with the game itself. I ran a touchscreen test from the App Store and my phone didn't have any issues on the left edge, and I seem to only notice this when playing MPQ.
Anyone else experiencing this?
