House Party Protocol not protecting when activated

I"ve noticed lately I've been getting wiped with HPP active. Just played PvE ATGiNY & took over 6700 damage with it on.. So my question is has any1 else had this issue..t seems that HPP protect doesn't factor in strike tiles ( if the initial attack is under the threshold you can still get hit with whatever the damage is after strikes are factored in) .Is this the way HPP is supposed to work (because it doesn't read that way) or is this bugged? Going to file a ticket regardless but I find that method so useless i figured i would ask around first
