Black bolt levelling.

Well I'm currently transitioning into four star land with five champs and working on the sixth. I just pulled my fifth black bolt black cover. He's 1/5/1 and wondering if he's worth jumping the queue for. I do need to make some time to get all my two stars up and running as well.

    Never level a 5* until you have at least 10 covers.

    Except OML, he works as 1/2/1.

    Everyone else needs a ton of covers to be useable.

    Fair enough about what I thought. Oh well just keep on levelling the fours.
