******I can't see VIP on iPad******

iOS fully updated.
Marvel App fully updated.

No icon for VIP anywhere. Confirmed with long-term playing friends that say it should be visible at a certain point (where it is not).

Also - iOS app on ipad - it is impossible to click on the question mark to see the details of getting what if you buy a pack or so.

    Is there a level requirement for vip?
