List of upcoming revamps?

I know this may be asking too much but with iso the way it is I don't want to be pumping iso into characters that either suck now or could suck in the future.

Therefore I was wondering if d3 would release a question of characters to work on. Obviously it would be subject to change but I know it would make the planners out there a bit more comfortable spending iso.

For example:

Upcoming character revisions:
Time Gem Season
Wolverine (X-force)
Invisible woman (classic)
Power Gem Season
Ragnarock
Captain Marvel
Spider-Man
Mind Gem Season
Etc

TBD: Captain Falcon, elektra, Mr fantastic, spider gwen

Life and Death gem were added after the original six, Will, Love, Hope, Compassion, Greed and Fear

I can tell you that the devs learned their lesson on this a couple years ago. They released a list of characters they were working on.
From the moment that list was released they were expected to have those changes done immediately if not sooner. Every week found a post titled "when are you going to fix______?" Fill in the blank with someone on the list.
They will never give us advance notice of who they are working on ever again.
