Just curious about tiers and individual leaderboard

Is there one individual leaderboard for all four tier altogether? Or there are four individual leaderboard for each tier?

    There is one leaderboard for coalitions, and multiple leaderboards for individuals. Each mastery level has its own set of individual leaderboards depending on how many players there are. I think they said Event brackets are 5000 people large. Brackets are also separated by if you join before or after the event has started. For example in the Platinum mastery tier there are only two brackets: one for those who join before event start and one for those who join after event start. Neither bracket reaches maximum players so they never split into more than those two. For Bronze and Silver I imagine they have multiple brackets both before and after the event start.
