good CS experience

I just wanted to post that I actually had a good CS experience. Though it took a lot longer than expected, they did a lot of due-dilligence and a lot of digging through data, and it resulted in me getting more than I was asking from them.

Long story short, facebook sync accidentally robbed me of a 3* cover, some ISO, some HP, and a few tokens. Because I couldn't quantify all the ISO/HP/tokens I actually lost, all I asked them to do was replace the 3* cover. They managed to get all of the missing items back to me after a week of back-and-forth emails. I can honestly say they finally got it right
