S.H.I.E.L.D. Clearance Level Reward Problem

Hello everybody,

I have the following problem:

I reached rank 72 and wanted to claim my reward.

Now I see this reward: " iso8.png #ERROR!"

Did anyone else have this problem in past? How did you solve it?

    Have you put in a ticket regarding the issue? That would be the first step in getting it solved.

    Hey there! I had the same issue yesterday when I reached rank 67. Strangely I got my reward (30k ISO) but the game still shows "#ERROR" for the next Shield Rank.
