Tourney reward errors and other problems

I just placed rank 13 in a tourney and was supposed to receive 1 bronze character and 1 silver character. Instead, I received 2 bronze characters.

Also, earning a large monster heart cake will wipe out all other rewards received in that same loot bag.

No I don't have screenshots of any of this. I would like to know when the problems are going to be fixed. I'm not the only one mentioning these problems and nothing has been done to correct them.

I've had the same problems. I was supposed to receive a silver star Jake today from the Free for All Brawl but received a bronze star Jake instead. I opened a ticket in customer service regarding this problem. Regarding Monster Heart Cakes & any foods other than empanadas & pizza, I'm not able to eat them because they don't show up on my foods screen. They only show up in the sell items screen in the shop.
