Is Hood the only 3* in Completely Corrupt?

The pack for the new Unholy Outlaw event says "Contains a 2* character or The Hood". Does that mean there is less chance of getting a 3* cover from this pack compared with Heroic?

My expectation was that it would be the same chance of getting a 3*, except that it will definitely be the Hood.

The chance for getting a 3* is around 14% (from Unstoppable Pack). Normally that's then divided by all the 3*s that can show up, so if there are 14 3* the chance of getting any specific one is 1%. If The Hood is the only 3*, then you simply have 14% chance of getting The Hood and 0% chance of getting any other 3*. This is probably advantageous for most people.

They need to work on their descriptions then because the text on the characters says "2* or better" which to me means all 3* and 4* are possible but the text under the deal says "Contains a 2* character or The Hood" which means the only 3* would be Hood.

Figured it was the case but just double checked. Yep, Hood is the only 3* in Completely Corrupt.

IIRC, it rolls the rarity and then rolls what the drop is inside the rarity

I bought a pack of 10 and Hood was the only rare. I got 4 in the pack, but he was still the only one.
