R113 iOS STEAM Covers and Recruit Heroes pics missing

After the update, all I have for the STEAM covers and Recruit Heroes pics is a purple placeholder image.

    No problem here today on my iPhone 5s or iPhone 6. Is this still an issue? Or was this just a temporary hiccup.
