What's with all the chars recently getting passive abilities that trigger annoying screenshake effects?

It was reduced for Luke Cage after complaints from users who get motion sickness triggered, but now with Dr Strange it's the same?

Please think about this.

(My secret wish is to get the ability to disable all power animations/banners, but guess since the devs never grind in their own game, this is in vain )
