Difference between 3* level 166 and level 266?

What is the difference in power damage between a champed 3* (level 166) and a maxchamped 3* (level 266). When I go to the character thread and also check the wiki, I can see the damage at “max level” and I'm assuming that's champed (level 166). For example, on the wiki I can see Cyclops’ health is 9,265 at level 166 and 14,727 at level 266. That’s great, but I want to know what damage does a level 266 Optic Blast do? Full Blast? And so on…

    You could find a roster that has whatever character you want to know about at level 266 and look at it (there's some people that come to mind when it comes to that).

    I always check the top alliance rosters to check stats. There is one person that has everyone max champed.
