Why do Sentries get to swap tiles?

icon_maggia.png don't swap tiles.
icon_shield.png don't swap tiles.
icon_hand_group.png don't swap tiles.
icon_hammer.png don't swap tiles.
icon_doombot.png don't swap tiles.
icon_bro8.png don't swap tiles.
Symbiotes (why is there no icon for symbiotes?) don't swap tiles. (DON'T GET ANY IDEAS DEMIURGE!)

So why do icon_ultronsentry_group.png get to swap tiles? They are just minions of Ultron.

    Sentries have to move tiles so their special tiles will drop. On the bright side, their tiles aren't very strong. Don't let the Mindless Ones make them stronger.

    Sentries special tiles get pretty strong past level 400 - and the near or above 100k health pool is a joy to play - nothing I'd rather be doing on my Saturday night than grind that
