Option to disable the 'helpful' tips

I understand the need to advertise the ways you can spend money after a loss or retreat. You need our money, and reminding us of them, while mostly superfluous, is a thing we can put up with.

But 'helpful' tips like 'You probably can't match away all countdown tiles so focus on the dangerous ones' just start to feel like taunting after being flooded by Kingpin calling the Maggia every turn thanks to his 2 feeder dons.

Must of us have played months, years. Give us an option to disable the tips. They piss me off more than the actual loss at this point.
