Small Forum Change on 3/31 - Signature sizes

To help the forums read a bit better, we're going to be changing the max pixel size of signatures from 700x200 to 700x125. On the other hand we are also increasing the number of links allowed from 5 to unlimited with a total text-space of 512 characters. There isn't a limit on the number of *lines* per signature, but if you decide that a 512 line of text is the cool thing to do, you probably won't have a signature for long.
