"Wildcards" - An Idea for 2 Problems

Another day, another free booster (or 2 depending on how often you can play). You open it and immediately - the first gem shakes... then reveals a "card" that you cannot use immediately...? What kind of sorcery is this? However... that card has incredible potential... to be ANY card you currently do not have...

The idea of "Wildcards" is to find a way to fix two problems: the lack of a mana rune sink, as well as a means to progress once you have all of the common/uncommon cards and are having difficulty finding new cards through RNG.

There would be three ways of earning Wildcards: through the free boosters, as a reward through QB, or as a reward through events. Wildcards do not show up through boosters that are available through mana crystals. Wildcards would sometimes replace your "Guaranteed *insert rarity tier here*" card, the odds would be dependent on how high your guaranteed card's rarity was. In free boosters, the odds to find one are the same for everyone.

Should you be in the possession of one, it would be added to your profile to be saved for later when the time would arise that you would like to use the Wildcard. To use said Wildcard, you would go to your Cards menu and tick the "Show All Cards" box. Then you would go to the card you would like for the Wildcard to turn into, then press the "Redeem Wildcard" Button below it. Note that Wildcards require large numbers of mana runes in order to transform into any card: Mythic Rares cost 80,000 mana runes, Rares cost 45,000 mana runes, and Uncommons cost 10,000 mana runes (these numbers are only for explanation - don't expect these numbers to be set in stone!). Wildcards also cannot be redeemed for cards marked as an "exclusive" for any reason - you'll have to wait for them to be found in boosters like normal before you can redeem a Wildcard for them!
