Crashes after dr strange update

I've been having a consistent crashing issue since the patch last week. Its not caused by a specific character, team, or action. I thought it was being caused by notifications about being defeated in the simulator, but that only correlates about half the time. Always mid match, always frustrating. Never an error message. Please help.

Had this happen a few times, mid match, as well. It had also never happened to me before the most recent update.

Forget about crashes. I just opened the game to find me all the way back to the Ultron tutorial. I lost all progress.
