Freezing

I am as willing as any to help developers improve this game, but the Moderators are just plain onerous.
My game freezes. I've lost points, ranking, mana, and patience.
So I go to the "report problems" posting topic. If you click there you get redirected to a generic area where you can wander aimlessly trying to post your problem with no reasonable way to get this done.
I have a screen shot that I'd like to post here, but I cannot. There is no way to do so.
This has happened several times now.
I have Sigarda, Heron's Grace. When you have 3 Creatures and you activate Sigarda, the game freezes.
I've had more than 100 life with my Opponent down to 20 life or less, and the game freezes. I have to shut the game down and lose the game, life, points, mana, crystals, patience and respect for the Creatons who manage this game.

It's especially bad on the Halloween event for some reason. I'm losing 30% of games to crashes.
