Creatureless Ob Nix Monotony

During PvP matches this run of the Emrakul event, I've been put up against a creatureless Ob Nix deck a few times.

Normally I don't care about annoying control decks, but something needs to get nerfed to break the wall of this deck up a bit. Since there isn't a sideboard like with paper magic, I honestly think Orbs of Warding needs to be changed so that only opponent damage is reduced by 2.

Having a full hand of spells that can't be used because there are no creatures on either side of the board due to the damage immunity combined with a full set of black kill spells is purely wasting my time.

Please look into this deck arrangement and consider the option to remove the self-damage immunity that is in place at current.

    How does a creatureless ob cast 8 Eldrazi and 6 vampires?

    Using Call the Bloodline to spam 1/1 Lifelink Vamp Knights. No Eldrazi though.
