What would you do if you have 2500cp?

At the moment I have 7 covers for OML (2/4/1)

I have 2 options to invest all of my 2500CP.

1. pull some more covers for OML : need 6 more covers to max him
(very difficult to pull him nowaday I think)

2. pull new 5* hero. whos out with special Token like a 5* black widow.
(hopefully can reach to almost full cover)

I guess Dr Strange will out with special Token

still cannot decide yet.
Just want to hear what others thinking.
