Is Menace working? And if so, how it it supposed to work?

Last night, a flipped Kessig Prowler ran past a Birthing Hulk and a Catacomb Sifter. I thought that was bit odd, but I thought maybe Reach was interacting weirdly with it.

Now, I've just had one run past a Catacomb Sifter and a Scion token. That can't be right, can it?

Well, here's the official explanation of menace via super secret D3 webpage.

Apparently it's also suppose to be represented by some neat "hidden danger" icon but since it actually looked cool they probably decided to abandon it in the end...

So yeah, I'm gonna go ahead and say it's bugged. So many bugs in this game it's beginning to look like an... ant farm?
(That's the best I can come up with... That was pretty bad...)

I have noticed that kessig prowler is not playing by the rules and is possibly buggged because i experienced just the opposite of this, that is my flipped kessig prowler smashed into the only defender that was on the battlefield and then died.... happened more than once.

Menace is bugged/broken. It's simply unblockable. I've tested vs multiple menace cards, they all bypass even 3 defenders or 3 reach. Only time a menace has been blocked is when it had berserker so our want blocked so much as attacked a creature.
