To those responsible for not addressing these numerous issues, I say thusly:
You people suck. So, so much.
To those responsible for allowing those responsible to be irresponsible, I say to thee:
Your indulgence as regards to the incompetent management of the application in question, MTG:PQ, is no longer acceptable. A large segment of your player base feels very strongly that the current situation is no longer tolerable.
The repetitive nature of such incidents and lack of proper reparations to the community have created a situation where respect and trust are nonexistent on both ends.
Consumers are not sheep.
Or are we?
If you read the above paragraph and saw "baaahhh", you might be somebody of interest in regards to the direction this statement points its finger.

Just so you guys know, d3, hibernum, whoever, this outpouring of frustration and thinly veiled rage will never stop. Like, ever.
Until the community is communicated with. Don't have time, make time. Silence solves nothing. I'm sure you guys read all these posts and smacktalk us in your cubicles, maybe you actually even detest us. Do you have favorites? I bet you guys just adore shteev by now. And me too probably. But shteev is right 99% of the time, sarcasm notwithstanding. Most of us are. We can't stand the fact that you say nothing, do nothing, slap us in the face with 1000 runes, and it just goes on and on seemingly without end. A vicious cycle some would say. Break it by speaking up. Not a politic stock response, but explain. Clarify. Vent some frustration yourselves, it'll humanize you somewhat. If our frustration is based in ignorance in your eyes because we don't "get it", then explain it so we do. All we see is what we see.
Tired of typing. Going to play a game that isn't MTG PQ.

    "humanize you somewhat"

You have valid points... But why do you feel the need to add insults?

If you work with other people, in any manner, as a teacher, retail store, restaurant whatever, you've be closer to truly understand who they are if you assume they are like your coworkers.

You shouldn't assume all of that from their silence...

Take it upon yourself to humanize them.
