Maintinence started as i was retrieving rewards

The current (right now 17.32pm 29/10/16 gmt) maintinence started as i finished my last game in the tournement, it would not retrieve my rewards or ribbons and has not logged me out for the maintinence session. will i get my ribbons or will i just have been forced into a loss by this? if i get an auto lose and lose my charge on that node it will massively hamper any chance i have of ranking top in my tier.
im quite frustrated by this, can someone tell me if my interpretation of events could be off, or if there is anything i can do?
