Event points remained, progress+rewards lost

Hey, this viewtopic.php?f=9&t=53010 happened again. For better description i made a screen https://s13.postimg.org/mynr1xd6v/image.png
As you can see, points remained saved (in DDQ, not sure about EotS), but rewards from nodes are still unobtained. Briefly said, game saved my points but rewards from nodes are lost and i have to get them again. Any idea whats causing it?
