ENOUGH EMRAKUL'S CORRUPTION!

We all hate this event. You should see probably any coalition's chat. The first two have been plagued with issues. And now we get a third in a row? It's time to admit this whole thing was a bad idea and can it until it is fixed. The secondary objectives are so poorly thought through that every battle ends up being a painful 15-30 minute experience.

I'd almost rather go to the dentist and get some teeth pulled than play another **** Emrakul's Corruption.

I wouldn't say we have the event I would save Avacyn for that with the lack of a proper time (event is over...meh. Whenever her health goes to 0 blah). No. Heck, I wouldn't even say everyone hates the achievements. My coalition and everyone in Slack me included talk and no. What we hate is that the objectives are too high. Cut the number down by 2 across the board then it would be all good.

Maybe top coalition can group together and boycott eldrazi reward. I think getting the 8 support, 6 werewolves, or vampires isnt that difficult for top players, even possible for casual players like me...

    NOT 8 eldrazis...

It's funny but i struggle way more with completing the node-specific secondary than with the 8 eldrazi. Its even more odd regarding that i don't have From beyond. I use incubator drone and spawning bed. Adverse condition is good too, helps a lot to gain more time. I'd love to see it in more AI decks icon_e_smile.gif

I'd rather not say i hate the event. I runted a little about it yesterday, because it really irked me that AFTER putting in a serious amount of time and aiming for the second place with perfect score, issues came up... Let's face it, if i was able to play 14 perfect matches per node than the odds of finishing the remaining two with perfect score is way above 50%. The same goes for another 10-12 players at minimum. Just that they lost that one round in the maintenance run right at the start, so it's much less of a pain for them.

True that tha Em event is very time-consuming in comparison and players who aim to win are facing ridiculous restrictions (not just on deckbuilding but more so in gameplay). Counting in the transforming cards night side (when they flip) would be great, but that would require to make the first transformation's algorithm somewhat special, which probably would lead to other issues. (More complex behavior -> more bugs. Simple as that.)

Btw, someone who has Arlinn, please tell me, is it possible to transform back the new werewolves which don't have transform conditions on their night sides?

I like the challenge of the event having the objectives higher. I didn't like it taking all my time. I'm looking forward to the Halloween event to see how they are handling number of games/time played. I hope the experiment proves successful.

I really don't want to be picky on the rewards, but i think they are a bit undertuned. It will be a rather interesting event, requiring lots of thinking to put a top aspirant deck together. Maybe the biggest challenge so far on deckbuilding skills. Enraged event with unblockable AND unkillable zombies around and manage to put 13 of them on the board? That doesn't leave too much room for slowing yourself down.
