Sale of max level Champion 2* for 17,400 ISO?

I currently have Bullseye 2* at level 144. His level up screen shows CHAMPION MAXED! in blue and level 144 but his resale value is 17,400 ISO and 100 HP. My other fully leveled champions show 65K in iso and 125 HP. So, am I missing something?

At first I thought that maybe you only get to sell them once, but others in my alliance talk about repeated sales and this is my second time around on the other champions and they are still showing 65K.

I had not really looked at his sale value before but I just got a bunch of Bullseye covers and I figure if I sold him now I could claim those covers before they expire.

    I have seen other posts note that this as a bug. Not sure what drives it. I am on my second Bullseye and his sale price at 144 is 65k as it should be...but I would either wait to sell or, apparently, some have been compensated by CS after receiving the lesser amount.
