Breakneck Rider shifting to day form

It seems that breakneck rider/neck breaker does not shift from night to day form correctly.
If I play 2 cards but no more in my turn when in night form it won't shift back to day form at the beginning of my opponent's turn. It will shift only if I play more than 2 cards
As far as I have noticed for the moment, it shifts correctly from day to night or from night to day when my opponent plays 2 cards.

i noticed that too but wasnt sure if it was a bug or me misunderstanding the trigger. havent had a chance really to play it much

Breakneck rider doesn't transform back to human. When will this be fixed?

I reported this almost two months ago. Still no fix, so I removed it from my decks.
