    I applaud them for giving 1000 runes. Not every minor inconvenience demands recompense, and the community has been extremely greedy anytime the slightest problem occurs.

    You can't buy runes with cash and most of us know that Killwind has quite a healthy PW collection.

    I agree completely with the above post. The "compensation" felt like a giant middle finger. They've irreparably damaged the small amount of faith their player base still had for them. At least the crystals are useful, the runes are essentially worthless, and I find it hard to believe they aren't aware of that fact. So, logic dictates the feeling we all have about it is exactly the feeling they intended us to have. I'm no longer supporting this game financially. And I'm going to advise my coalition to do the same. I hope others follow suit. The only way to get through to people like the ones behind these decisions is to hit them in the one place they actually care about, their wallets. Nothing we say matters in the least to these people.

    I too like the fact that the compensation was minor. Like you, I've noticed before and voiced the trend of the community being greedy everytime, asking for compensation for the slightest problems.

    Tbh considering that the main issue with that mainteinance was shortening the already short time of the event, therefore making getting the reward harder, I think a random uncommon+ was a more relevant compensation.

    Nice that the shorter ones still net us something when they happen in the middle of an event however.

    That 1000 runes maybe a finger, but it's absolutely right to give us the finger. How some players demanding gifts (although the ones who grinding hard anyway) is awful. Then they get it and they still open new threads how bad that compensation was.

    Not trying to spoil your fun here, but 1000 runes is more than a lot of us casual players usually receive as a ranking reward at events. Which of course makes the reward system as a whole even more sad...

    Which is more a critic regarding the rewarding system. But yeah, it stays true how you say it. Right now, just the elite player complained about it, which feeds that point of a suboptimal rewarding system even more.

    How about..
    loggin each incomplete battle in event and for those players which were affected by meintanance and lost their event battle give something more than 1000 runes ?

    Rewarding players for not being attentive isn't a good idea.

    How about this. Bought a big box on origins to see if I can get any new cards. NOT ONE! I am no longer spending money on gems as it is a waste of money and time. Would be nice if the guarantee was AT LEAST ONE NEW CARD! But none of them were new. And if in the future I decide to buy gems again to go for the big box and the same exact thing happens I promise you I WILL no longer play this game!
