Niblis of Frost doesn't work correctly

So far in my Niblis of frost/Zada Hedron grinder deck, I've found that neither card actually works correctly.

On top of that improsoned in the moon doesn't work properly either.

Niblis ability doesn't process if the opponent controls no creatures, despite the last update specifically saying that the rest of an ability would work if part couldn't function.

Even some acknowledgement of attempting to fix these things would be great
