Doesn't remember Facebook friend gifting

So I have a thing that's been happening for a while, and I assume it's a known issue since it's been going on so long. Whenever I get the option to share a reward I get with friends, I have to go in through Facebook and get approval to send gifts to those friends. I know it used to remember when I had given permission for that, but now it seems to never remember. Am I the only one dealing with this? Is it a known issue?
