Only 24 hours for the event?

So is there a reason this event is only 24 hours long? Unless you try real hard for all of the secondary objectives if you lose even one mission you will not have time to get the progression rewards

1-day events are short and sweet.

Would you rather sludge through 80-90 battles in a ridiculous battle of attrition? Most of us end the event with more than double the maximum for progression rewards, with little incentive to play besides Coalition and Solo ranks.

2-day events are very tedious to me. I'd rather spend my time winning qbs, which often are more rewarding (as you cant get Big Boxes from events), even if they are more grindy.

One day is a nice quick test. There isn't an exclusive card tied to this run so it's no big deal if you don't hit max progression.

It's probably something to do with the normal event schedule starting on Wednesday and ending on Friday. Perhaps they bumped the start to Thursday but left the end date on Friday.
