Didn't receive 50 HP for 400 points in Combined Arms?

I believe I had 725 HP this morning, and then I reached 400 points in Combined Arms PVP, but then I didn't receive the 50 HP, and it's still sitting at 725 HP. Or maybe my memory is fading? Did this happen to anyone else? Cheers.
