lost my account after 1.71 update

Hi,
I submitted a ticket and would like to know if anyone else was affected after installing the 1.71 update. I installed it and when I started the application I got put in a tutorial with Nissa. After completing the tutorial, I was prompted for a nickname to receive my prize. I've tried reinstalling the application but I am stuck in the tutorial asking me for a nickname. Was excited about the new event but it looks like I'm not going to be able to play for 3 weeks according to everyone else who's lost an account.
