Card missing parts of their descriptions

Recently I have noticed that some cards are missing part of the effects in their descriptions. Choked Estuary and Foreboding Ruins only have the delirium clause showing, and don't state that they produce mana rocks of any color at any time other than when their delirium effect is triggered. Hanweir Militia Captain's transformed side, Westvale Cult Leader, doesn't have the text saying that it gets +1/+1 when a creature enters your side of the field.

These are the only ones I noticed, and it doesn't affect their functionality. They still work fine, I just was surprised when my Cult Leader started getting bigger, since I never really used it before, and I happened to notice Choked Estuary and Foreboding Ruins when I was rebuilding a deck.
