Latest Legendary Vault

5 covers of each of the 3 latest 5*s - one of each color and 2 randomly generated
85 covers from 4* characters, all randomly generated
Tokens are 25 CP for 1, 225 for a 10-pack, 850 for a 40-pack.
Vault can be reset for 10 CP
Vault resets at the end of every season

Classic Legendary Vault
233 total items (will grow by 33 at each 5* release to maintain 15% total 5* rate)
5 covers each of all but the 3 latest 5*s - one of each color and 2 randomly generated
all others are 4* characters, all randomly generated
Tokens are 20 CP for 1, 180 for a 10-pack, 680 for a 40-pack.
Vault can be reset for 10 CP
Vault resets at the end of every season

Legendary Pot-Luck (optional)
100 total items
5 covers each of 3 random 5*s - one of each color and 2 randomly generated
85 covers from 4* characters, all randomly generated
Tokens are 30 CP for 1, 270 for a 10-pack, 1020 for a 40-pack.
Vault can be reset for 20 CP
This vault is only active during the off season

Anniversary Legendary Vault (game breaking)
100 total items
15 covers from a single 5* character, all randomly generated
30 covers from anniversary "joke" characters
55 covers from 4*s, all randomly generated
Tokens are 50 CP for 1, 500 CP for 10-pack, 2000 CP for a 40-pack (no discounts)
Vault can be reset for 50 CP
This vault is only active during the anniversary

You could technically still go 0/73 with these, but it's far less likely and with a bit of hoarding you could guarantee progress.

Meander

Awesome idea. It gives people the ability to chase specific colors by emptying a vault. I would still keep the classic draw screen for those looking to tempt fate, but this would be a great add.
