Is my halted progress in heroic intended?

I have a level 100 Psyloch, (by far my highest) and I rolled all content in the first few days of the current pve event. My Dr. Doom, however, is only level 50, and I can pretty much now do next to nothing on heroic, as in, i'm having difficulty even staying in top 50. Is this working as intended? I'm sure my mmr went up a bunch while my psyloch slaughtered everyone, but i am basically now impotent. If this is the case, do I need to lose a bunch to get it back to an appropriate level, or will it degrade naturally over time? Subjecting myself to constant butt-whooping from the AI is pretty demoralizing, and I'd rather just not play, but I don't want to be screwed in the future as well.

    So level up your Doom, win some covers in the LRs. You don't sound like you have a very developed roster, so it may be appropriate to manage your expectations a bit. It will all come in time, just keep kicking butt and knock down the baddies.
