Progress Lost

I submitted this to tech support, but I guess it won't hurt to try here too. On Friday, March 21, 2014 I opened my app on my iPhone to play MPQ: DR. I beat a level, got a reward that I could share with my Facebook friends, and tapped the button to do so. I got an error, the app reset, and when it loaded again most of my progress was lost.

I was almost done the prologue, had 6 level 40+ characters including a maxed out Black Widow and Storm, a level 46 Thor, and level 45 Iron Man. Plus thousands of ISO-8 unspent, two full screens of filled slots, and over 20 covers not redeemed.

I ended up with no character over level 14, no ISO-8, no extra covers, only 5 slots, no characters better than one star. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated after spending so much time playing this game.
