Lifelink behaves abnormally

Under certain circumstances, lifelink will behave in strange ways.
- When something like orbs of warding reduces the damage you take as a replacement effect, the creatures controller will still gain the full amount of life. A 2/2 with lifelink will still gain 2 life, while not dealing damage to the player with orbs of warding.
- When dealing lethal damage to an opponent with a creature with lifelink, no life will be given. In normal MTG, lifelink does not use the stack, and therefore, here it should grant you life for damage dealt the instant it is dealt.

In Enraged matches, it only gives as much life as the original amount of damage, not the doubled amount you should get (ie my creature will hit my opponent for 4, which is doubled to 8, but I only gain 4 life).

When in doubt, always refer to the devs' statement of, "this is PQ, not paper."

Lethal damage and lifelink scenario: don't expect a change. Working as intended.
Orb scenario: Devs should probably fix this, but probably won't for a long time/at all.
Enraged scenario: Should probably reflect double damage into lifelink, most likely won't be fixed though.
