Need list of characters to be balanced this season

Title says it all. Can D3/Demi PLEASE give us the characters that will be updated with the new season?
You can give us the actual changes closer to when they go live but at least knowing which characters are on the list will help with resource planning and expiring covers.

Also it would be EXTREMELY helpful to know if Dino is going into regular rotation or will remain an Anniversary/Special Event only thing for boosting, cover access etc..
