When do the daily deals refresh?

I'm hoping to get one more daily deal from the anniversary event, but I'm never sure how long past the end of the event the vault is available. Can I purchase tokens for 24 hours after it ends, or does that ability go away immediately when the event ends? Also, what exact time do the daily deals become available again?

    In the vault if you look at the top it says time left. When that timer hits 1 day it will refresh.
