lost control over my account

Dear all, first of all apologize 'bout my english. I am not well known here on forums maybe in game neither, but I was a former member of everyone's most loved coal GoblinPile. I don't like to post on forums, or complain about anything, but everything has to come once..

The reason why I write now is because I'm locked out of my account since 8th of october's server down and as I know, I wasn't the only one. I can agree with those who says "to be loudy and climb on queue's not so fair", but... I contacted straight away to the support team via email when I couldn't log back to game, got response in 3 hours and gave all of the details what they asked for. Didn't take more than 2 days, I got another response as it said: "While we restore your account we will place your ticket on hold in our queue and will contact you very soon with updates on the situation". I accepted, I was sure that there can be a queue, BUT! what does it mean in your description "very soon"? because already 5 days past since then, tried to contact them again, didn't get any other response after that our Steve (shteev) posted about my situation not so long ago and Mr. David Hi Fi Moore commented that I can contact him in PM, as I did, but he didn't take the effort just to reply me to leave me alone or smthg else. I promised to myself I will be calmed down while I will write this, but I am pissed off again. How can you call this disrespectful, unprofessional thing as a "service" or "care about your customer's"? 8 days since I couldn't log back, 5 days without any response, what the hack?!

Anyone can blame on me, but I hope the blaming will land on the support team.

    I understand how you feel. I was put into the queue more than three weeks.

    I'm curious how long the queue. icon_e_confused.gif

    I also see another user Wax who submitting ticket 3 weeks ago and still can't login. He says the similar issue can be solved in 3 or 4 days from start to finish in a few months back. Maybe there exists difficult technical issues or lack of manpower in D3. I hope they can deplete the queue ASAP

    Hi, shortnamed. I missed your PM late Friday, as I was out for the weekend.

    All account restores are currently on-hold while repairs and upgrades are being made to the restore tool. The dev team hope to have the new Support tool working this week (although we cannot guarantee a time frame just yet). Thanks for hanging in there with us. We'll get you sorted out (and compensated) very soon!
