Phoenix resurrection tile overwrites special tiles

If you do a special tile + damage move against Phoenix and she 'dies', her resurrection tile can overwrite one of the special tiles you just laid down. Tested with Phoenix's Psychic Flames. The board can have other basic red tiles on it and it will still happen.

Odd. I think that is a new bug. I've had times when the countdown wouldn't spawn due to clogged board.
