During a wave against Green Goblin I had downed one minion and all that was left was a Maggia Don. Shortly before I downed Green Goblin, he reinforced a Trap tile. I downed Green Goblin while the Trap tile was at 1 and still reinforced. Maggia Don was downed but the Trap tile remained on the board. The fight transitionned with Iron Man and the Trap tile didn't count down until a couple turns later when Iron Man had just used House Party Protocol. I guess it remained tied to the party position, since Maggia Don wasn't really downed but just removed by Green Goblin's Army of Henchmen, and resumed once a character occupied the position again.
