Alliance commander locked out for 3 days now

Hi,

One of our alliance commanders has been locked out of the game for 3 days due to a FB backup issue. Both he and I have opened tickets but have heard nothing back from CS at all.

Given Boss Rush is happening and PvP events are going on this is impacting our alliance greatly. Can someone please take a look at tickets #260779 and #261334 and let us know if anything could be done. I'd hate for lack of prompt response from CS to cost our alliance t25 in the season or any pvp events.

    Unfortunately posting in this forum will not result in different results from customer service. In the event of issues relating to backups and account access/progress, customer service is absolutely the avenue to pursue.
