Unable to request team ups

Like, the entire option is gone. Usually you request teamups from the 'choose a team up' screen but the option is gone from my game.

I've cleared the cache and restarted the game already. And my team ups are sitting at 15/20 so it's not an issue of full tus.

Anyone else seeing this?
