Put build around cards for purchase

There are a lot of great cards in this game that go in any deck. Felder socereign, olivia, etc. These should be chase cards.

I think it would be neat though if you had special offers for what I consider build around cards.

My examples would be thopter spy network and harness the storm. These are great cards, but if they are in the deck you build around them. 100s of decks can be built around these and be different and expand the metagame. I know personally I would pay 19.99 for just these because I would be excited for decks that could be made.
